Please return your items in their original packaging, within 7 days of delivery. Double-check that you've included all the tags, accessories, promotional gifts and warranty cards that came with your order. After 7 days of delivery, no payment refund will be given if no return/refund request placed. Also, if ever delivered product has any manufacturing defect or has any variation from the product selected in order then you can return it in its original condition by informing to us along with product snapshots within 7 days of receiving the product. If the variation or defect found genuine by our quality team, then we will refund the payment in your payment method used or add the paid value in customer wallet for further purchases on our website.
In case of any issues related to a manufacturing defect after using the product, the customer has to approach us within 7 days from the receipt of delivery. Customer can send the request at “email@example.com” or call us at +919216953001. Once we received the product at our warehouse then we will add the paid amount in Okane.in or bank account/or from where the payment has been made only after being satisfied that the product is unused, tags intact, and not damaged. If it is found that any of the conditions are not being met then the company/ seller shall discard the refund and there will be no return a such of the product. Normally return process will take 7 to 14 business days. In such cases, we will arrange reverse pick-up for your order. But in case your area does not serve by any of our logistic partners for re pick-up and delivery then you will have to ship it from your end and you will be reimbursed with Rs. 70/- in the form of credit in your wallet.

There are few things which you need to make sure before returning a product. All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.
Further, it is made clear that the return of the product ordered by the customer shall be the discretion of the company/ seller and in case the product is found to be different then what was ordered then there shall be no return as well as refund. The seller shall take no responsibility of the product, and the return shall only be at the discretion of the company/ seller. In case you had purchased an item which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return the free gift.
