You can cancel / modify an order until it has been processed in our warehouse. Any amount you paid will be credited back into your Okaneonline account in the form of Cashback.

When will I receive my refund ?
If you have selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for your order. For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, you will receive a refund in your Okaneonline Cashback account immediately after your order has been cancelled. Any coupons used are also reinstated it to your account
If you have made your payment using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or net banking and would like a refund to your bank account, please get in touch with our customer care team.
